Returns & Exchanges

At LUCE Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at help@lucebeauty.com.

Once your return request is approved, your item(s) must be shipped and in transit within 15 calendar days. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund.

For approved U.S. returns, we provide one prepaid return label per order, valid for returns shipped from within the United States. If you choose to use a different carrier or label, please share the tracking details. Please note that any shipping costs outside of our provided label are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, all returns must include:

  • The product
  • Original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components

Items must be returned in good working condition.

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If any items are missing, damaged, or not in acceptable condition, a deduction may be applied to your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Opened or used skincare/topical products are not eligible for return
  • Final sale items are non-refundable

If your LUCE Beauty product was purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for return assistance.


Orders Over $1,000

To help prevent fraud and ensure order security, purchases over $1,000 USD may be subject to additional review:

  • Cancellations before shipment may incur a 10% processing fee
  • Returns must be unopened
  • Free return shipping is not included
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

Warranty

All LUCE Beauty devices purchased directly from us or through an authorized retailer include a limited warranty.

  • 2-year warranty for purchases made directly through LUCE Beauty
  • 1-year warranty for purchases made through authorized third-party retailers

Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.

Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

In these cases, we may offer a replacement (not a refund). A secure U.S. shipping address and signature confirmation may be required.


Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To process your claim, we will require:

  • Photos of the damaged shipping box
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photos of the items received

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
